If you are looking for something that is going to fill you up, be relatively calorie light and give you the most nutrients (eg: if you are cutting) - then it is not as good for you as things like legumes, whole or pearled grains, or sweet potato.
If you are looking for something that IS calorie dense, so you can pack in lots of calories with a small amount of food (eg: if you are bulking and finding it hard to fit the food in) - then it is probably better for your needs than the whole grains and legumes.
