i do Hiit on cycle... instead of standing on a treadmile for 30-45 mins and burning fat while on it, but not so much after, i feel it is a complete waste of time...
i dont my hiit on the stair stepper for 15 mins...working rate-140 rest rate-40...
So by doing this, you are speeding up your metabolism for the next 36 hours! Ive noticed the following hours I can eat a lot more, and also get hungry after a meal a lot quicker, hence the metabolism rate being higher..
Hiit > Moderate pase cardio
