of what you may think. You aren't helping this country through your negativity, and until President Bush breaks a law I'm pretty sure he's here to stay for a couple more years, so just stop and deal with it.

Al-Qaeda is an organization, not a nation-state.
Therefore, go after the organization, and destroy it.
Bush quit doing this when he diverted the resources, troops, and equipment, to Iraq from Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Bush quit the War on Terror about 7 months after 9/11.
The best thing that has happened to Al-Qaeda is Bush invading Iraq.
Osama has even publicly said it.
Yeah I'll give you a "REAL" reason I don't support the war, since is apparently hasn't hit home for you: 19 year old marine Andy Patton being killed by a roadside bomb in Fallujah in December, a kid I went to church with for years, a caring person who would've given you the shirt off his back. And for what? Can you tell me what we've accomplished in this "war"? Can you tell me one way at all the United States has benefited? Are we really any safer? Were we really ever in danger from Saddam Hussein in the first place? As far as your comment about people just wanting to fit in, I felt the exact same way about this war 3 years ago when I was younger and still more politically well-versed than your dumb ass, when it wasn't popular to feel that way, before we went in.......and here's the IM thread to prove it: http://ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=16010JordanMang said:People care more about other people hearing their own opinion then anything. And president Bush has broken all kinds of laws, not that every other president didn't as well, but his wiretapping scam is under constitutional review right now. And supporting him is no way to gain popularity on a bodybuilding forum, since private use of steroids is now part of the "war on drugs" Quit holding your ex-cokehead, morally void, disgruntled unsuccesful ex-baseball owner of a president up on a moral pedistal, because he's made as much if not more mistakes than anyone here. And it's our right as American citizens to not just "stop and deal with it," so shut the fuck up. We, unlike Bush, can recognize when we've made a mistake and attempt to cut our losses, Although you can bet your bottom dollar he didn't get my states' electoral votes in 2000 or 2004. So maybe you should stop making up words like "irregardless" and stick to the training section. Rookie.

I'm not particularly popular on this board and don't particularly care. I've never expressed opinions in order to be popular, I've expressed them because they're my opinions and this is Open Chat. I've always felt this way about our involvement in Iraq, check the thread I posted. I got attacked to no end for feeling that way 3 years ago, yet none of those people can stand by their statements now. I just thought I'd remind him. My city's metropolation area is like 250,000 or something counting county and burbs, and trust me, he didn't get a very big turnout here either. Just because the rural parts of Illinois may vote republican doesn't make up for the rest of us with enough sense not to. Personally, I could say fuck either party and vote independent or maybe libertarian.busyLivin said:What does this have to do with anything? I'd respect a guy more for posting what he believes over whats popular. "Rookies" care about whats popular, not "well-versed" men.
The republican party in Illinois is in shambles, so Bush's failure to get our electoral votes was expected and proves nothing. It's a strong blue state... city, actually. Chicago dictates Illinois' electoral votes.

Because the U.S. likes bombing the sh*t out of countries and killing people.
Azzholes like you that are in Iraq.

KelJu said:Do it because they were ordered? Come on dude, I don't think you really believe that. What kind of fucking pussy does something that is against their principles for the sake of orders?
Would you kill a kid if you were ordered to?
Would you kill an innocent mother if you were ordered to?
Would you carpet bomb half of a city if you were ordered to?
If anyone answered yes to any of those, I hope they are ass raped with a steel spiked dildo for all of eternity!
