hey guys, need some advice

One of my good buddies is considering takin the step into juice. He's a track guy and runs the 800M, breaking the one minute 50 second barrier, he's also relatively young at 20. He's been trainin (as far as track goes) for a long time, 4-5 years. During the last year and a half in training, he's had NO improvements in time. From a highly touted, prospect, very talented and fast 18 year old, he is now a 'barely competitive' 20 year old. It's hit him hard mentally. I suggested he research into some winstrol...

just wondering possible stacks for a track athlete, dosage, pct, etc.
any info would be appreciated

for runners steroids can only help to increase recovery time from trainig sessions. I couldn't possible see how winstrol could have a postive effect on a middle distance runner. if anything anavar might help since it does effect ATP resynthesis but that is really only beneficial to sprinters...

doesn't EQ increase the red-blood cell count?? or was it Anadrol?? whichever one is it, in THEORY should increase the capacity of a long distance runner, since there is improved oxygen delivery.... just my 2 cents

Most near anything will increase RBC, anadrol is what is used medically for it, EQ is for horses.

tell him to start training his hamstrings correctly and thats gonna be the key. Winny is not gonna make him some champion track runner. you've been listening to too much anti doping agency propaganda! lol

lol thanks for the input guys

i wasn't familiar with wut these track ppl use so decided to throw it out there...
as far as training gr81, this guy is absolutely commited 100%. I mean we go out to the clubs and he doesnt have one sip of alcohol, trains proper, and generally eats right. Imagine going to the gym for one year, never missing a day and not gaining any strength or size, no doubt it would suck. In this case, his time has been consistently in the same range. I think mentally he may need a change, maybe a new training routine/schedule or a new coach..
