Btw I tried the ab wheel recently, and it felt like my shoulders were going to snap! Lol

I don't care for msten DMZ 3.0 sucked for me did nothing but make me feel bad.I love the ab wheel. I find it is the most effective movement for my abs.

Feeling strong and good.Tren sides are really bothering me and I'm out of benzos.I might try to push it two more weeks but the lack of sleep is no joke and I feel like shit all day at work.Anyway I'm sitting at 228.

I actuality hit the gym today have it wrote down will get it up tomorrow.I had my son all weekend trying to decompress. Ball of energy but we had a great time.

20 minutes uphill running on treadmill 4.8mph

I started my DMZ today I lowered my tren dose 200 and now I feel its to low so I will increase back to 300 and maybe higher. I have plenty of sleep meds so insomnia should no longer be a problem.

I'm amped up on it at 230@m as well sucks knowing work is coming in 3 hours.
 
Clen and tren, I'd be a walking puddle of sweat....

I feel flushed all day.Last night I got two hours of sleep.I'm starting to not like clen anymore.
 
When are you dosing. I always dose at 4:30 am
 
I split it 40mcg as soon as I wake and around 2pm take another 40.What's the best dosing protocol?

I think its up to the user but I dose everything in the morning.
 
OK so new life new gym no more gf.I'm in the process of moving out this weekend.I will be devoting all my time to myself now.Sucks but I'm glad its finally over.My stress level has been off the charts.

Oh yeah - clen and tren on top of all that... my head would be spinning.

For what it's worth - 2 - 4 hours sleep is very common fore me, and here's what helps a lot...

If I know i'm only going to get 2 hours sleep - I just think... I could have to get up and go to
work right now, or I can take a 2 hour nap... It mentally does the trick, at least for me anyway.
