hi everyone. in my case i work this month from 10pm to 6am, i??´m on gears in my diet should be 100% good. but in this 3last days diet is worring because i sleep alll day. and just eat two times .

my stomach can eat big meal after wake up!

so what do u recomment me, eat all night .
thanks:(

ive worked midnights for the past 5 years and have never had any problems can you eat at work?

Train your stomach to eat at any time. I've worked graveyard shift before and I just spaced out my meals 3 hours apart. people might think your crazy, but who cares as long as your progressing its all good.

thanks people for answer., but the real problem when i works nights is that all day fall sleep, and when i wake up my stomach is not ready for food.

by the way, now i change to better shift. the 2th from 2pm to 10pm, this time give the oportunity to feed all day my body.jejejje!

see ya!

I also used to work at night shifts before.
I got the same problem too. So what I did I started this hip hop dancing.
It helped me a lot, and now i am looking at this bodybuilding thing.

hi people again on nights, working 8 hours.
so i think this eschedule attack very hard my boddy, i just make 3 meals. because i try to sleep more time, to work ease by the nights, iknow t¡my nutrition now is bad so that my workouts are not to heavy but at least go to the gym 3 times at week to keep me on .
thanks

You are still up the same amount of time, so just eat like you would during the day except at night. I don't see the problem here. You might not be hungry right off the bat, but eat anyway. After a few days to a week your body will get used to your new schedule and you will start to become hungry as appropriate.
