Do you have a TRX or something similar available? I love pistol squats using those for balance - you can get a hell of a lot of reps being that it's easier than regular pistol squats (which are also a good bet for you) but doing both would vary things a bit.
Bulgarian Split Squats are great as has been mentioned. Don't forget balance and do single leg deadlifts too. I've also been toying around with leg curls using a resistance band aswell and they absolutely destroy my hammies.
For glutes and lower back you can do single leg glute bridges, eventually adding weight if you get the balance right, as well as single legged hyperextensions and single legged reverse hypers too. I reckon single leg calve raises will be a killer, too because of the extra bodyweight through the muscle.
Of course, then there are all manner of machines leg leg curls, leg press, leg extension etc etc. Really, past being inventive with your exercise choices and occasionally rigging up some specialist equipment, all the usual principles of bodybuilding still apply - lots of good food, dedication and sound training, and patience.
There's no reason why this should stop you reaching your goals. Kudos for sticking with it, dude, hope any of this helped
