Hi, I am new to this board, and to working out in General actually.
I got tired of being weak, fat and out of shape. I was smoking, weigh 185 at 5'9 and not much of it is muscle, oh, and get out of breath going from my car to my apt.
I just recently switched jobs, and I work the midnight shift now. 11pm-7am, however, I don't like going to the gym when it is crowded past 3, and my gym closes at 9am. Is it ok, if I do cardio in the morning (mornings for me, afternoons for others), doing my Weight training say from 7:30-8:20 or so in the morning, and cooling down a couple hours and heading to bed around 11am? Is working out before bed a bad idea? Or should I go join the masses and wait in line?
