You guys that are saying you workout on an empty stomach, do you mean cardio or weight lifting? If you mean lifting then you're crazy. weight lifting is an anaerobic activity which means your body burns glycogen for energy. If you're not eating before hand your risking your muscles being burned for energy, via glucogenesis.

when i'm more mature, i'm sure early morning training will be for me because when you're older you have lots of shit to do after work and going to the gym isn't always the top priority.
