I just started working with a partner because I felt working alone (Bench Press, dumbell Presses) I couldnt really get 100 percent or even 90 out of me because that one extra rep I didnt have a spotter. So I started with a partner but I feel that the break in between sets is hurting me. I a newbster so is it just mental or taking a 2-3 min break in between sets really does hurt muscle growth. ANy help would be awesome.
