The problem with that is that I'm so OCD that I feel like I need to have some sort of measurement of my progress to keep me motivated. A measure more tangible than just how I feel. An actual log that I can watch #'s go down on, ya know? I told you I'm OCD.

Most public gyms will do it for free. If you workout at a gym (I don't) they will do it for you. If not, just go to the closest, nice, gym and ask very nicely and be appreciative of their services.KJR55 said:Where? How?
