Workout music.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Boooo. Worst album they've released!

Agreed. I don't like them much altogether though.

Meshuggah and Strapping Young Lad are both very good and under-rated bands though, IMHO.

replying whilst pretty drunk after a nevermore concert i should have a fair amount to say, it's workout music and dead eyes is fast paced, pretty much what you'd want. if i was going to recommend arch enemy for just listening, i'd go for when they had the male vocalist and be their first album, black earth.

Johan! Burning Bridges is better than Black Earth, IMO.

Darkane - songs off expanding senses
Meshuggah
Strapping Young Lad
Arch Enemy - Dead eyes see no future

Fast paced metal - not necessarily my favourites, but they're good.

Yes, face paced shit gets you going. Really strange to listen to on its own, but when in the gym it's great.

Children of Bodom
Soilwork
Two bands of which had several songs each on my Ipod a while ago

deep loud techno :D such a boost to me

personally I dont care at all what is playing when Im working out -the fire burns within :thumb: -

Bush - Machinehead
Nirvana - Lounge Act
Nirvana - Breed
Nirvana - Smells like teen spirit
Smashing Pumpkins - Zero
Jimi Hendrix - Voodoo Child (slight return)
2pac - Hellrazor
2pac - Hit 'em Up
Mobb Deep - Adrenaline
those are some songs I would listen to to get amped, usually I need music to calm down tho.

Kasabian

Both albums:

Kasabian
Empire

British band, Hell of a swagger, agressive rock with a retro twinge fusing rock with some elements of dance. Good drinking music too, certainly puts you in the energetic/ angry mood to lift. One of the best bands to see live at the momment.

if your into death / black / or speed metal then dl some of these artists they will get your ass jacked up in the gym. (the ones with * are the best to listen to while working out)

Kataklysm *** <--- speed metal that will get you feeling like a beast
Cradle of filth *** <--- black metal
Circle of dead children *** <--- death metal
Dimmu borgir *** <--- black/death metal
Fear factory *** <--- speed/heavy metal
Arch enemy *** <--- black metal
Goatwhore <--- death metal
Gwar <--- death metal
Lamb of God <--- speed/heavy/black metal
Morbid angel *** <--- death metal
Trivium *** heavy meta/black metal
Shattersphere <--- death metal
Children of Bodom*** Gwar <--- death metal

i strongly suggest the song " Shadows and dust " from kataklysm or "Ambassador Of Pain".
