Ok, so my good friend who needs to be kicked in the arse to get in the gym, wants me to help her out. I told her she needs to do more than just silly jogging and that she should incorporate some weight training. She's not fat by any means, but wants to be in better shape. I told her she can do 3 days a week and that should be fine for her needs right now.
Any suggestions on a 3-day program? Some people - especially women - do full-body routines, but I think that's overkill and would want to give her something different. She'll want to do light weight, hi-reps I'm sure.
