I wanted to know if anyone can take a look at my workout and give me a suggestion rather its a good workout or bad. I am about 5'9 and 140lbs very lean. I have been working out for almost 2 years and gained about 30lbs.
My workout begins on Sundays
Sun-Chest, calfs
Mon-Back
tues-Legs(Quads)
Wedsnday-arms(Biceps, Triceps)
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Legs(Hamstrings)
Saturday-Break or go back to Chest Calfs and start the routine again)
And I do abs every other day.
