ok i been doing this workout for about 2 weeks i do it 2 times a week
Squat
Incline Bench Press
Military press
Chins or Barbell Rows
Close Grip Bench Press
Bicep Curls
Standing Calf Raises
Crunches
and i do these with a wieght that i can just barley hit the 10th rep and i do 3 sets of 10 reps so i should be getting sore but the next day IM NOT SORE AT ALL. Its wierd cause when i was taking creatine i would be so sore the next day but now i have absolutley no sorness. The reason i stoped taking creatine is cause someone on this forum told me no to since i was only 16 so im not taking it anymore. But is it a good thing or a bad thing im not getting sore? And if its a bad thing what do i need to do?
