workout sorness

ok i been doing this workout for about 2 weeks i do it 2 times a week

Squat
Incline Bench Press
Military press
Chins or Barbell Rows
Close Grip Bench Press
Bicep Curls
Standing Calf Raises
Crunches


and i do these with a wieght that i can just barley hit the 10th rep and i do 3 sets of 10 reps so i should be getting sore but the next day IM NOT SORE AT ALL. Its wierd cause when i was taking creatine i would be so sore the next day but now i have absolutley no sorness. The reason i stoped taking creatine is cause someone on this forum told me no to since i was only 16 so im not taking it anymore. But is it a good thing or a bad thing im not getting sore? And if its a bad thing what do i need to do? :rocker:
 
how long have you been doing that exact same workout?
 
I used to only measure the value of my workout based on how sore I was, but that would lead me to doing so many sets that I was definitely overtraining. Are you making gains in strength and mass? How do you look? If you can give good answers to both of those questions, you may be okay.

It depends. Are you making gains??...Some people associate soreness as a sign of a good workout. Personally I hardly ever get sore.

If you want to get sore, get yourself a training partner and do heavy negatives with 110 % of your 1 rep max.
 
well i just started working out again 4 weeks ago i havnt worked out in 6 months in the account of me being in juvy. if you want me to send you a pic of how i look so you can see if i look like im getting muscle i will be happy or i can put it in my avatar if someone will teach me how to turn a pic into a jpeg file.so i could be getting a good workout without sorness?cause im like really pumped after that workout it feals GREAT when im done cause im like all flexing and im pumped to the full
 
and i dont have any training partners unfortunatley
