OK....after rereading this again I understand....so WP sent a bunch of vials on deal to the customer...6 of them were prop instead of test e...6 tren were missing.....with out a letter WP reshipped(which he didn't have to do and it states in his agreement that without letter there is no reshipping)but he did anyway...

Then the reship didn't show....so WP is out 12 total vials and the customer is out 6 tren and whatever math difference there is between tren and prop...

I think I got it right...IMO the customer is SOL...unless now he can provide 2 letters...

It it were a lot of other peeps other then WP I would say you have a case OP...but in this case you don't....this is my opinion and not one that reflects anyone else's...just.sayin...

Could you imagine if EVERY customer who got their pack later sends him a message saying "I didn't get my pack" trying to pull a fast one on WP? WP goes far out of his way and reships all the time. I see people taking advantage of him on several occasions and it pisses me off. I'm not saying that's the case here, but I think WP should put his foot down and only re-ship if the customer can provide a customs letter. Lots of people are trying to take advantage of him and his kindness. Shit has to stop. Only WP can put an end to this kind of bull shit.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and believe that people in general are honest. This dudes been on the board going on 3 years now so I think if he was a snake it would have come to light by now. Both sides have a good point but unfortunately the loss has to be suffered by the customer in a situation like this. If you agree to the terms and conditions of the seller then you can't cry foul if something goes wrong. In this case, seller admits to shipping the wrong product but then tried to resolve the problem by reshipping. If the shipment did not make it, seller is no longer obligated per his terms and conditions. There is an inhernet risk with ordering internationally. Caveat Emptor.

That's BS. Those of us who are vets, staff, or have been in the game for a long time ALL know your shit is GTG brother. Nobody is calling you a scammer and most of us know you and your shop provide good quality products and service. My bro just placed a big order with a lot of different kinds of products from you a few days ago, when it arrives....I'm going to ask him to take a picture so that everyone can drool over it.

It's wierd, I feel like for every dollar I spend with wp I get an equal amount of goodies. Oh and he has beaten dom sources on transit

even if it is WP's fault and he made a mistake it is not like he is disappearing or this is a common occurrence. People do make mistakes and no company is 100% flawless. Shit does happen and it does suck if it happens to you. I have had gear get lost in the mail and come in 5 months late. My ass was stressed about it, the source sent me new gear before that and i offered to pay for the gear that came in late. Never ordered through WP but no one has complained about his quality or service so i think he gets a pass on this one.

I've also had packs fly through customs in no time. Received a pack in 10 days. And I've had one pack that got "lost" and finally showed up at my door 6 weeks after it got into the country.

Do I believe he never got a letter? Yeah. Do I believe WP resent? Yeah.

Did OP have pack resent to the same addy?

I think WP should have all gears hand delivered by a Thai tranny. I would use him exclusively.
