for me to get nearly all my fats from olive and canola oils?

I mean obviously aside from the minute amounts I get from my other foods
 
If you added 6-10g of fish oil caps and you made sure you were eating some other foods with a little saturated fats in them (meats and a little dairy) then sure, it would be fine.

Yes. Olive and Canola oils are your monounsaturated fats. The name of this monounsaturated fatty acid is called Oleic. Oleic acid comprises the majority of olive oil. Structurally, Oleic Acid has one double bond, which lies between the 9th and 10th carbons.

Otherwise known as an omega-9 fat... :thumb:
