Would like advice on first (legit) cycle for a specific sport

Age: 28, male

Weight: 184, 16% bf

6 years training experience, a lifetime of sports

Did Var once (I know, what was the point) with some success.

Training routine consists of strength and conditioning including Olympic lifts and plyometrics training 4 days a week, running about 15 miles a week (mostly HIIT) and games once a week.

Cycle goals: get to 10% bf (or less), to have less to push around on the field of play, have better endurance, be able to train harder, become stronger, recover quickly.


Thanks in advance, and please let me know if I left out any pertinent information.

Added: the sport is ice hockey.
 
First cycle should always be test only. Read the sticky "first cycle and pct" for a perfect outline. You can find it at the top of the previous page in the anabolic zone.
 
I support both previous comments. I'm on my first cycle and I'm in my second week of 250mg weekly which is half of protocol. I wasn't and still aren't sure how my body would respond to it so that's why i'm running a low dose. Do your research also because you will need an AI and supporting supps for your cycle, also you need to run PCT after your test cycle. And before you start your cycle besure you have everything to run a complete cycle and PCT and dont buy as you go along you want everything on hand. Some people with more experience and more knowledge will chime in and help you more than I can.

Thanks for everyone's input.

So I've read the FAQ, and should I just take my first cycle exactly what they have there, which would be:

Week 1-12 500mg weekly split twice a week.


10 mg Aromasin daily (goal of keeping Estradiol between 10pg/ml-25pg/ml - only blood work can confirm if you are in this range)


500iu HCG twice weekly.

PCT:
Day 1-16 : 2500iu HCG every other day. (You may use less HCG if your testes are normal in size AND you have been using HCG on cycle, i.e. 1,000iu HCG eod.)


100/100/100/50 Clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3)


20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin (20mg daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily in week 4)


3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses


10g creatine daily

I'm happy to do that. Should I pyramid it, maybe start at 400 and end at 600?
