I recently started a low volume, high intensity routine. I also want to start running at least two days a week and am wondering if I would be over doing it?
heres my routine:
day 1
chest- 3 exercises, 7 sets
forearms- 2 ex. 4 set
rest day
day 3
back- 3 ex. 8 sets
abs- 2 ex. 4 sets
rest day
day 5
shoulders- 3 ex. 7 sets
biceps- 2ex. 4 sets
rest day
day 7
legs- 3 ex. 7 sets
triceps- 2 ex. 4 sets
rest day
start over
Im thinking run on days 2 and 4,
thanks in advance for any advice

Looks ok to me, give it a try and see how it goes.
Are you trying to put on mass? If you are, you may want to cut the cardio cause if your anything like me then you won't gain anything doing cardio.

Just another day in the gutter

Looks good to me. Just give it a shot and see how it goes, you might be pleasantly surprised.

pfft....high intensity my ass.

too many sets for that.

just make sure you give it your all.

Why don't just straight away train biceps along with Chest and forearms? You can even do hammer curls for biceps which allows you to cut down your forearm exercises if you want.
