Since Im using my m1-t now, I want to get the most bang for my buck. I was going to start the HST program on Monday, but it calls for 2 weeks of 15 then 2 weeks of 10 and 2 weeks of 5. Seems the way its based, its a great workout, but do you think I should try to do something more intense while on my test? (Say Go Pros Workouts as an example?)
