Wrestlers training at the OTC

Cool stuff, I wanted to see some suplexs though!

Nice. Cool vid.

That trail running through those rocks in the woods looked pretty dangerous...

If you spill there, it wouldn't be pretty

I like the hops all the way up those stairs. That is so much harder than it looks!

cool vid, I love all vids that show great athleticism, if anyone has anymore, post them!

 good stuff

Ahhh, memories...That one dude looked like he was going to puke.

A few exercises that that just cant be good for you, but most looked ok.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

what part in particular do you disagree with?

I think without seeing the entire program written out and how things are progressed it would be difficult to make statements as to what is good or bad given that we don't know where they are coming from in their specific phases of training.

that is the biggest problem with videos like this. While cool and exciting to watch, they don't tell us much as far as the planning or the overal concept, so you get a lot of idiots that watch this and then "monkey see monkey do" and try and apply it to themselves or others without the proper progressions in place.

Yeah, I was disappointed when I started watching it, I was hoping for some commentary at least.

The spinning Db press/curl/twist  Have no idea what the name of the exercise is. I would think it would be fine if it was done with less weight and in a more controlled motion.....but Kids can get away with that kind of sloppy exercise, by the time it destroys their shoulders it wont matter because there career will be long over.

yea, I am not to keen on that kettlebell exercise (can't remeber the name either....maybe windmill?). I agree, the technique was pretty loose.....we also don't know how many reps the kid did with that weight and how fatigued he was (still doesn't make it right though). I wouldn't have wanted him to let his technique get sloppy like that.
