I am a 140-lb. wrestler, and was wondering if someone had a workout schedule to maximize endurance along with bulk. I wanna gain as much mass as I can in the last month and a half b4 wrestling starts. I am currently using my school's football schedule, but wanted to try somethin else. Is there any good supplements to try? Is NO2 decent?
 
there is a thread on high school pre-season training for wrestliging either down this page or on the next called "pre-season training" or something to that effect. Check it out.
 
Yeah, check that thread out, it is pretty good.

I don't know your state laws, but some states outlaw creatine and other supplement use. I don't know how they would test you, though.

Whatever you do, you should be using short rest intervals so that you build up a tolerance to lactic acid/hydrogen accumulation. Start with a minute and as the season gets closer, bring it to about 30 seconds or even lower.
