yey im off all supplements

im off creatine and glutamine! i'll tell you guys the affects of coming off creatine but so far no effect at all! i am however going onto whey protein just because it is less time consuming to prepare, superior and cheaper! But for now im only eating foods and absolutely no supplements!

Creatine will cause you to drop water that has been pulled into muscle cells. Glutamine essentially just aids recovery. WPI is good stuff, source of all the great protein farts. Have fun with it all :thumbs:
