You are going to be soooooo proud of me!! Of course I am taking supplements as always, but I am training and eating healthy! My fiance has me on strict training so that if I work my tushy off I will be at fitness model status!!!!!!! Yippy Skippy!!!! This whole thing is hard as hell, but I am trying my darndest!!! Go me! Go me!

UPDATE....

I suck!!!! I stopped working out...On 3 weeks off 3 weeks, what the f* is that??? It's so hard to get motivated. I am really busy at work, season just started and I am going to be working a heck of a lotta nights... I don't have time to train!!!!!! When I am not doing anything I try to catch up on sleep....

Just imagine this..
Today is Saturday, I work a double today and tomorrow (Sunday, if you got lost), Monday night, Wednesday day, and double Thursday (Thanksgiving for cryin' out loud!!)

I have been doing so so on my eating... I actually don't eat enough... That's a first!!! :) I need to get my act together and start training again. But what the heck...How do I eat healthy, train in the morning, train at night and work at night?????
I am surrounded by baaaaaad food and I have no willpower. I don't have time in the morning, I am already late to work all the time (and no I am not a slacker...). I can't train at night and work at the same time...HELLO?????? Me working is like weight training and cardio all at the same time!!
Blah Blah Blah!!! YES I AM WHINING!!!!! :crying:

That was training to become a fitness model...about 5-6 hours of cardio a week and my regular strength training 4 days a week. This is if I were really serious about it. Well that didn't last too long, I go through phases.
He has trained people b4 and the results were excellent! I would love it if I could just do what he says, but it seems like nagging all the time and I really don't like to be told what to do and when...

Hey there girlie.. I found this article and am going to post it for ya... It may help and it may not.. Just remember we are here for ya....

Motivation Maintenance
It's no secret that the majority of people who start an exercise program end up quitting in a matter of weeks. The number one reason is that they don't see results fast enough and decide that it's too much work for the effort required. Set your goals according to these criteria and you'll dramatically improve your chances of sticking to your program:

- Make goals measurable: Assign numbers to the goals you want to achieve -- number of minutes or miles covered in a week, number of pounds lost in two weeks, etc.
- Make goals attainable: Pick short-term goals you can consistently reach -- walk or run 15 continuous minutes within 2 weeks, exercise 4 days each week, etc.
- Make goals incremental: Plan to reach your overall goal several months or a year away -- break your total (miles, days or pounds) into monthly and weekly goals.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am not good with following advice but I will try it Ginni!!!!! :)

Susie...I think you started this whole thing a little too fast out of the gate. You can't expect to become a fitness model overnight. When people overwhelm themselves with too much too soon, they tend to burn out quickly. You need to ease yourself into this whole thing. You can make incredible progress from 3 days per week of weight training and another 3 of cardio, plus a good diet. Don't give up...just slow up.

You're welcome, welcome, welcome.. :) Just be a little patient and it will all be fine.. Those fitness models you see didn't get that way overnight.. They have been training for a long time... You'll get there one day too...:) I believe in ya girlie....:D
