My suggestion is perhaps you could ask questions and not toss witty insults on the downlow. One good black buddy of mine doesnt talk like "that", and alot of my white buddies call him "whitebread". its all in fun, so he laughs at it, cuz he knows he doesnt act like a thug. its almost like the reason people do it is cuz they think they are supposed to, not because they choose to. In fact, most of the black kids i know (even though they dress "thugged out"), actually talk very intelligently, commanding more respect than people you can't understand.
