If you are looking to make a different meal thruout the day instead of the same old fish and chicken shit during a cut try this:

Go to Wild Oat's (or whatever they changed their name to these days)...And get the Pink "Chobani" greek yogurt they sell....Buy some blue berries and strawberries, slice them up inside it, put some peanut butter inside along wiht some honey (or in my case splenda sine im on a cut)....its is sooo good and keeps you sane...

About 400 calories
46 protein
28 carbs
8g of fat from the peanut butter

All depends on how much eanut butter and berries you put in....
one yogurt alone has zero fat, 100 calroies and 18g protein

I wonder if that would be a good meal once a day or should i stick with it jsut as a snack during the day...I wonder how good that protein is compared to the fish.

What the hell is wild oats?? Sounds awesome if I can access it

Wild oats is a store here in Utah but it changed its name not to like "Whole foods" or something, it's basivally an all organic fresh food and fruit store...It is reall cool, but it is pricey....Im sure there is organic whole foods stores near where you live...

Yep.. Sounds like whole foods.. I'll DEFINITELY check that greek yogurt out, along with the other stuff, since the second whole foods within 10 mins of me is opening in like a week!! Thabks for the idea

Walmart sells greek yogurt a whole lot cheaper then hippie wierdo stores.

Greek yogurt is just like any dairy protein. It is just lower in carbs then normal yogurt because of how it is made.

It's funny that you mention "hippie weirdo store" and its also funny that you are from Utah....GOD I hate walking inside Whole foods just because of that reason, I have to fight off all the retarded 19 year old homless skaters begin for change, then I have to smell pot on everyones clothing on every freaking aisle....Then all the people look the same, tipical Liberal Salt Lake City rocky anderson turd lovers....LOL...I didnt know Walmart has the same yogurt, ill them instead.....Im just worried of using dairy protein as a whole meal a day...

Yah, SLC is packed full of those.

Dairy protein is whey and casein so no worries. Both are complete proteins. I use greek yogurt or just plan non-fat yogurt mixed with whey and if I want carbs put some cereal on it.
