you really sound kinda full of your self m8, and a bit ignorant, i did burpees when i was a kid and yeah endurence their fine but for a body building workout for me they would burn of extra calories that i would rather put on, just stretch properly before a workout, thats all you need

please read my posts and take note of the energy systems it works- i am not advocating them as a "bodybuilding" exercise
 
yeah but take a look at this forum its full of bodybuilders and its iron magazne forum, bodybuilding based, also you suggested it as a start to a work out. most people on here would not like to do that as a warm up, would rather just stretch properly and get lifting.

i cant see it being that much of a strength booster, it will pay of more to do stretches before a proper work out rather than nacker your self out on burpees, fair enough if your doing a cardio based work out and are here just to loose weight and get fit but really cant see it increasing strength.

please take note again - i have not suggested when to do them, that will come next) i am only explaining them as a good underated tool for a good heart pumping workout.

this would seem like your seggesting before the workout to me :), so i wouldnt bother with the later post about when to do em lol
