for me its semi-supinated grip, just outside shoulder width. full ROM, adding 45lbs on dip belt. 3 sets 4-6 reps. some partner help if im struggling too much on last reps.
45 degrees between neutral and supinated, just outside shoulder width, bodyweight (90 kilos / 198 lbs) 10-8-8 reps or 6-6-6 if I do a rep-and-a-half-equals-a-rep style.
