I'm at around 23-24% BF and you can still see quite a bit of definition ( etc ) in my lower body ( even though quite a bit of fat down their ). I was planning on cutting this summer, but with the hurt ankle I might be damned for a while.

These stats were taken over a year ago when I was 143 lbs. I figure i'm definetely bigger now, but probably not by all that much. Maybe an inch or more on certain parts. Who knows.
