Hi Guys, I am training for approximately an hour, 4 times a week. I weigh 185.6 lb & I need to lose some fat & tone up. My calorie intake is about 2000 per day.
I'm currently taking 'All the Whey' protein shake & with my current diet I seem to be consuming about 130 grams of protein a day!
Is this about right?
