but he did lie about his deadlift, and got busted lol

glad to see your posting again :D . i did deadlift 405 but that was a rack dead. So then i took a pic of me deadlifting 365 from the floor w/o straps.

so in 15 months he upped his bench by 150lbs, thats 10lbs a month... I believe him

Its not unbelievable, but its not exactly of the norm either. Not to many people who can put on those types of numbers on your press in a year without a little help. I wouldnt say anyone who is that age would use something like that, not because they didnt want to, but because they didnt have the money for it. So the only other alternative is hes lying. Sorry to say it because I never try to be mean on here, but its way to much for me to believe that in a years work.

Now I know you have seen the Bill Star 5x5 program. Give that a try its easy to find. Have heard nothing but positive feedback on it. :thumb:

putting 10lbs onto any lift consistetly over a 15 month period is ridiculously hard!

Kentard is lying.

w/e believe me or don't idc.

So person (A) who's been working out for 2 years, starting with a bench press of 100lbs should definitely be able to bench 340lbs?? 10lbs a month doesn't sound that difficult, but you just can't see gains like that all the time.

I, for one, can't bench 300lbs. Right now with my current program, periodization, and a lot of calories...I'm getting that 10lbs a month, but it's only been 3 months, we will see in the weeks to come.

I don't think it's completely unbeleiveable. When I started my weightlifting class in 10th grade I could hardly get 135. By the end of the school year I was pushing 240 and I had no clue about program design. Granted I've been blessed with pretty good genetics, Kenwood still has some decent size on him. Do I beleive he can bench 295? Nope. But it's definitely possible for someone just starting out to put more than 100 lbs on their bench in 1 years time.

Sure you can put 75-100 lbs on your bench in the first year.....and the first year only.

Hmm, well it took me a long ass time to get my bench up, but if I was dedicated, ate right, knew how to write programs, and NEVER got sick or let stress get in the way, I can see it happening too.

But that IS a perfect world which Kenny doesnt live in.

Come to think of it, I do see a shitload of threads being made from Kenwood and theyre almost all about the same shit.

Anger, depression, supplements, and why cant I lift shit threads..oh and I suppose girl problem threads, but those are summed up by depression/anger.

But that IS a perfect world which Kenny doesnt live in.

well it's not like his school schedule disrupts his sleeping patterns or meal frequency...If I had quit school to start lifting at his age, why, there's no telling where I'd be?!?!

any ideas on how to help me blast through this plat. fucking stuck at 295  forced reps? negs? . .... my deads have been stuck at 365 forever and i dunno what my squat is(testing it tomorrow).

Listen to this man kenwood...

Every post is pure gold...

I heard that graduating high school instantly grants you 40 pounds on your bench press, and no, a GED doesn't count. See if it works for you.
