Any body here got any good studies or scientific researches on the effect of proper sleep on Metabolism , fat loss , physical improvements...
my sleeping hours are messed up usually as I go to bed late most of the times and wake up late at morning or even at noon , would that have a big effect on my diet ... I noticed that my progress Is slowing down so much so I thought that maybe my sleeping hours Is the main reason.
