John H. seems to have dissapeared from this forum a few months back but I was able to catch him on another website and get him to post at my bodybuilding forum. So for those who are wondering what ever happened, he is still alive and doing ok and posting the same capital crap as usual.

Ive always wondered though if the whole thing is an act. His stories never added up and if he was caught in a jam he wouldn't answer them straight. Its always been a mystery to me.
