Flat bench Press : 4X8
Incline Dumbbell Press : 4X8
Flies ( 4X8)
Day 2 (Legs)
Squats (4X8)
Stiff leg dead lifts 4X8
Leg press 4X8
Calf Raises 4X8
Day 3 (Shoulders, traps)
Dumbbell Press 4X8
Front shoulder raises Cables 4X8
Lateral shoulder raises Cables 4X8

Day 4 (Triceps)
