DOMS: If a true fiscal conservative that was strong on national defense and immigration policy was in the forefront, I would vote for him no questions asked. As it is I'm voting for Ron Paul because of those beliefs and that I can't justify any of the three "major" candidates.
That said, every single one of the current candidates is going to be fiscally irresponsible whether it is on the Iraq War (McCain, possibly Billary) or on socialist/liberal agendas (Billary, Obama). If I had to make a choice, I would have to choose the second only because we get a benefit out of investing the billions back into our own people rather than into foreigners across the ocean whom I have no interest in helping.
Illegals obviously shouldn't get any of these benefits and should be deported without question, however I'm not willing to package that and continuing the Iraq War which is what McCain is offering.
