I've always thought sexual harassment was when you psychically touched someone, never knew sexual harrassment was making a few comments here and their. They suspended my membership at my gym WITHOUT A REFUND for allegedly sexually harrassment, do you guys think I should take this to court?

the sexual harrasment laws are very messed up. any unwanted touching, comment, there is a bit more i think to. i say let it go find a new gym.
by messed up i mean that you can get in trouble for saying some one's outfit looks great on them. unwanted touching is understandable, but throwing some one a nice compliment is stupid. what happend to being friendly in the work place?
