I like Soy Sauce on my veggies.
Soy? Urgh.
Why do you need to put anything on good old fashioned veggies? Just eat the things cos they're good for you. If you're going to slather them in butter and other stuff you might as well just buy a bag of chips or something.
The more you go without sauces and flavorings the more you start to appreciate the natural flavors that are there. Then just a tiny dash of sauce or something makes a big difference. Train your tastebuds as well as your shoulders

I always eat fat with vegetables. Not only are they more delicious this way, there is evidence that fat helps us absorb the nutrients from at least some vegetables.
I always butter my broccoli, eat olive oil dressing on my salad... and plenty of salt. I love that stuff - keeps muscles hydrated, tasty, zero calories.
I loves me my fats.
