Glycemic Index, everything considered... we had one hell of a debate backstage about using yams and baked potatos. I heard some experienced fellas state that yams are always the way to go, and I just didn't understand the difference. I have had clients have excellent experiences with both. I did some research and can't find any substantial difference....so with all this in mind no matter how much experience I have it is good to ask others for help. Any advise or is this thread ridiculous and were we making a big deal out of nothing??????????
