I measure every other tuesday and weigh in downstairs
This week is encouraging! I have shed another half an inch from my waist and am down to 183.5. My wife said she can tell that my shape is starting to taper as well. This is good to hear especially when I was simply fat all over before.
I am using the fitday site to help me track all the macros throughout the day and am really giving due dilligence to making sure I am getting enough proten. I am using whey once a day on rest days and twice on lifting days.
