I can't get enough. I crave the severe ache that you get for the days after. Did squats and DL's yesterday and can only feel it in my back and slightly in my quads and my calves too from the intense calf raises. I haven't done much leg work in the past and so I should be getting severe DOMS as this is only the 4th time i've done intense sets of squats and DL's and the last time I did it absolutely raped my legs.
Today I don't feel too bad and I don't know why, although I know the workout was effective as I was feeling it last night but the DOMS hasn't kicked in. I WANT THE BURN!!!
Everytime I workout I come out of the gym hoping to hurt so much that I cant breathe and when that doesnt happen I get dissapointed. My chest atm really hurts but i poke it and caress it every now and again to feel that soreness.
Does anyone else share the same feeling to DOMS? I'm not emo, infact I'm opposite.
