i know it has all shorts of shit in it like artificial flavours and colours.
but i just want to know two things.
1 - if i was trying to lose weight/fat will it stop me doing so. (isn't it just cals in vs cals out, in which chase i am ok because one glass is like 1 cal).
2 - will it effect me trying to build muscel, due to all the crap in it.
assuming my diet and training is in check.
i know many of you think Diet Coke is a load of shit, but i simply need the answer to these two questions, because as long as it doesn't effect the above i will continue to drink it.
