I have to get some liver tests done and I've been told to lay off the creating/gym supps as well as the whey PP, at least for now until the tests are competed. I can eat regular food. I've always calculated my protein to be ~1.2-1.5g/lbm in all my diets as I have learnt that I need the higher protein to be in a positive nitrogen balance. But this screws up my diet plan. I havent been to the gym in 4 months and am trying to get back this/next week. So I need some diet help as to what to do in order to continue bulking
