So, I have recently made some drastic cuts and my year long hard work of precise bicep training really paid off and my biceps grew a lot in only a year....now that im cutting down my bi's are really comming out nicely....the problem is im sitting here at the office constantly flexing my arms and staring at them...lol, im wondirng if i am overtrainign them somehow by conctantly flexing them?? lol
