So, I have recently made some drastic cuts and my year long hard work of precise bicep training really paid off and my biceps grew a lot in only a year....now that im cutting down my bi's are really comming out nicely....the problem is im sitting here at the office constantly flexing my arms and staring at them...lol, im wondirng if i am overtrainign them somehow by conctantly flexing them?? lol
 
I was like this when I first started working out. Once the vascularity started showing I couldn't stop playing/flexing my arms and forearms.

Then you realize how big a dork you are for doing it and you stop.

I doubt you're over training. Unless you're doing competitive posing for a period of time.

If you are, please post it on youtube. I promise I won't out you. :)
 
what did that 'precise training' consist of?

But the precise workouts consisted of my figuring out exactly what it takes for my biceps to grow....super slow super heavy seated cable pulls isolating ONLY my biceps in numerous, mostly seated positions....my biceps wouldn't grow for shit not matter what untill i just started "listening" to my body, i was also over training them in the past...

hahaha......yeah i do realise how big of a dork i am when i do that lol............i have been training for about 7 years now and always been self concious about my biceps untill now...
