So I asked some sdvice from the guy who ownes the gym I go to. I want to get bigger and stronger and I'm already consuming 300grms of protien daily. I will worry about cutting a few months before summer. However, this guy wants me to start getting 550 grms a day. How do I do this without getting too much more body fat? He also said to cut out the cardio. I want to get my bench up to over 400, not bad for a 35yr old.
