6'5 290, 20%.

So I asked some sdvice from the guy who ownes the gym I go to. I want to get bigger and stronger and I'm already consuming 300grms of protien daily. I will worry about cutting a few months before summer. However, this guy wants me to start getting 550 grms a day. How do I do this without getting too much more body fat? He also said to cut out the cardio. I want to get my bench up to over 400, not bad for a 35yr old.

It is quite difficult to earn muscle with no fat at all. If you really want to be bigger and stronger you should take your trainer???s advice. As you said, you will have to worry about cutting a few months befores summer, not now.
