Here's diet that i did for the show nd some pics. i also wrote down a cycle, but im not going to write how many mg of each i did.....sorry

10 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 packets oats
1 banana
meal 2
8 oz chicken/turkey/fish or 50 grams of whey
2 packets of oats
meal 3
8 oz chicken
8 oz sweet patato
meal 4
8 oz tuna
1 cup rice
meal 5
8 oz chicken or 50 grams of whey protein
18 almonds
meal 6
10 egg whites 3 whole or 4 oz sirloin 3 whole egg whites
