Trying to drop muscle and tone up

So I've finally decided to do this: I want to drop as much of this icky muscle as possible and look feminine.

I'm figuring a cycle of clen and T3 should be suitably catabolic. I intend to enhance this effect with daily spin classes.

Diet will be a balanced, low protein diet at about 1000 calories a day.

The only wrinkle here is appetite control. Any suggestions?
 
Don't forget yoga

Two packs a day will help control that appetite..

I know about the smokes, but I'm allergic. I take Dexedrine for ADHD so anything I take has to not give me a heart attack.

Liquid diet of Grey Goose for breakfast, brunch, lunch, onesies, twosies, pre-dindin, dinner and pre-midnight snack, then eat apple pie ala-mode for midnight snack....

You may lose your job which means you won't have the money to buy too much food, thats a real appetite suppressant right there ask the Ethiopians....

Sassy, that shakeweight thing, I seem to recall some guys volunteering to act as a substitute for it. I'm not sure I understand what they mean - could you maybe explain it to me? I'm all about saving money while I tone, and I understand I may actually be able to EARN some, although I can't quite see how...

If you think about it, though I can't include the instructional video on this forum, you would also get an additional protein source automatically shot into your mouth - I don't know what the carb content is, but they do recommend a little protein + fast acting carb to support glycogen burn during intense workouts. And speaking as someone who trains w/o a spotter, sometimes its nice to have a spotter there to urge you on to squeeze out a few more reps.

maniclion, I can't drink worth a damn, and I really have tried but it's just not my drug. Any other suggestions? Legal or prescription only please. I have a health plan.

You hang around the gym w/ the big boys long enough....











and you realize all men still have one thing on their minds. I suspect even in the middle of a 405 lb squat there's a thought of a boob or a coochie floating around somewhere in the brain....
 
I am also trying to lose fat around my stomach area. I am currently doing 300 crunches a day and only eating a power bar for lunch. Is this good?

Be sure you're doing weighted side crunches too and I'd probably toss the power bar for a good ol' Slim Fast. Protein bars are full of stuff to make them "bar-ish". Slim Fast is like the bar w/o the stuff.

Well, let's see......since Built's a light weight, the MD/20/20 diet is out, even if it is terrific for the colon.

1.)I would recommend starting with a good colonic or something by Klee Irwin...just because I like the name Klee Irwin.

2.) Purchase an expensive blender so you can make your own healthy beverages. Preferably something with a catchy name, like the Montel Williams Health Master, or the Easy Health Tornado T1 Power Blender or the Jack Lalanne's Health Master 100 Blender , or anything with "Tech" or Vita" in the name.(Umm, Like the one I told you about when we had the conversation about how musclebound and generally gross and boy-like you were looking lately, chuh, but your never listen to me anyway..*eating chips*)
Mix the following:

Cottage Cheese
Plain Yogurt
Fat Free Whipped Cream
Aloe Juice
Green Tea
3 Bananas
1 Apple
12 Strawberries
10 Blueberries
4oz. Organic Maple Syrup
2oz. wheat germ
4oz. Instant Oatmeal
6oz. Whole Soy Milk
1oz. Flax Seeds
2 lbs. Peanut Butter
Acidophilus
Bee pollen
Brewer's yeast
Calcium powder
Chlorella powder
Chlorophyll liquid
Lecithin powder or granules
Spirulina powder
Vitamin C power
Wheat bran
Raw Honey
Black Strap Molasses
1 head of Cabbage
1 McGriddle
1 sprig mint
The zest of one lime
2oz. Medifast Chocolate (or 15 Hershey's Kisses)
2 Tsp. Benefiber

Well there's this ancient secret called the Horizontal Mambo, it became a craze during the late 60's as 100's upon 1000's of health conscious youngsters began taking on multiple training partners freely without regard for possible overtraining leading to weakened immune systems and disease, this lead to the 80's where it built into a vicious immune deficiency and partners had to limit themselves to just one another, but I hear there is a balloon that can be supplemented into the training regime as a safeguard...
