So im 16, and i recently dropped 50 lbs from lifting weights/playing tons of basketball and eating at a calorie deficit. Now, im eating at a maintenance because i am not really concerned with getting enormous muscles nor do i care about how much i can put up in terms of weight.
Now, my goal is to get lean and "ripped". I was wondering if P90x is suitable for me and what are the pros and cons?
I have a gym membership so which one is better?
