hey i got a question of how can i get rid of the look of my skin that is like flab and it looks weird i got mass but it looks like flab on top of the muscle that avoids me to look cut up i do high intensity cardio 4 times a week have a high protein, low carb & fat diet if you guys have any good suggestions to make skin tighter please reply thanks!

i can just guess what people are going to say.
cut back on fats, double check your fat intake.
Also skin elasticity fades with age. I had a bout of total fatassery where I got up to 250 ish (190 is my healthy weight) and it did permanant damage to the skin on my legs and love handles, it has tightened up quite a bit over the years but theres only so much stretch your skin can take. Also if your a hardcore lifter and really burst through the first few weeks of a new program after taking a long time off you can literally see the skin stretching, so keep it lotioned and keep extra hydrated. Bottom line is, theres only so much sustained damage and weight your skin can take before you need surgery to tighten it up. Just my 2 cents.

Actually, I'd suggest the opposite. Keep the fats as high as your calories allow, but drop the calories and drop some weight. Keep lifting.

thanks very much i was a heavy guy i lost about 45 pnds nd now im jsut gaining it back with muscle!

Props for the loss! I lost about that much myself a number of years back - it's a life-changing event.

Agreed, fats are rarely the issue when it comes to cutting/dieting.
Unless it's too much unhealthy saturated or trans fats...

Healthy fats help keep my furnace burning HOT :)
