Hello people!

I am a 27 year old female from Australia. I came across this site while doing research on Clen/t3 cycles for women.
To give a little history I used to be pretty big, I have lost a total of 37kgs. The first 20kgs came off within 2 years. In the next 5 years I lost 17 kgs pretty slowly. Within this time I admittedly did go up and down 2kgs a few times but it wasn't a big deal. As you can imagine losing weight from here on is an absolute nightmare. So I wanted to give my metabolism a new kick and use clen and t3. My goal is to burn another 10 kgs dropping down to 68kgs.
I currently do 5 cardio sessions, and 3 wight training sessions per week.

Can some of the experienced people give me their opinion of someone like me trying this? My plan is to compete in October so I really would love to lose that 10kgs before I start the serious training.

Thanks heaps!

Welcome .. can you post a few pictures ? Standard procedure.

Ignore him - but let's see how you're eating currently, and how you're training. What calories and macros do you run, and describe your training in detail, okay?
